Privacy policy
What StudentReach collects, what it does with it, and how to have it removed.
Last updated November 2, 2026
Whose policy this is
This policy covers stureach.com, the website of StudentReach, a brand of Consumer Response Media, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, which decides how the information below is used. Send questions about it to hello@stureach.com or call (800) 741-9835.
Reading the courses
Every course and lesson can be read without giving us anything. There are no analytics, no ads and no tracking cookies on StudentReach. The host keeps ordinary server logs, the time and address of each request, which are used only to keep the site secure.
What stays in your browser
The planner, the search box and the read marks on lessons run in your own browser. Lessons you mark as read are stored there so the course pages can show your progress. None of it is sent to StudentReach, and clearing your browser's site data removes it.
What the forms collect
The updates form asks for your name, your email address, the course you care about most and, if you want texts, your mobile number. The contact form asks for your name, your email address, the subject and your message, with a mobile number only if you would like a reply by text. To keep proof of consent we also record the date and time, the page you used, your IP address and your browser.
StudentReach never asks for a Social Security number, a StudentAid.gov password or bank details. Please do not send them.
How it is used
Your details are used to send the updates you chose, to answer your messages and to keep a record of your consent. They are not used for anything else.
Mobile numbers and text consent
Your mobile information will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Reply STOP to any text to end them. The SMS terms hold the full program rules.
How long we keep it
Your sign-up is kept until you end it, and your details are deleted within thirty days after that. Proof of your consent, and of any request to stop, is held for as long as it might need to be shown.
Your choices
Write or call to find out what StudentReach holds about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. You will get an answer within thirty days, and any further rights your state's law gives you are honored.
Security
Forms travel over an encrypted connection, and what they collect is stored where only the people who need it can reach it. No system is perfectly secure, which is part of why the forms ask for so little.
Younger readers
The courses are open to anyone. Updates are for people aged 16 and over, and texts for people aged 18 and over or with a parent's or guardian's permission. Details found to belong to someone younger are deleted.
Changes to this policy
A revised policy carries a new date at the top. If a change affects details you have already given, you will hear about it before it applies.
